After a full inspection of your site/building we will produce a full risk assessment. PASS FM will produce a comprehensive Emergency Lighting Log, which will establish a starting point and outline you with all the information you will need to comply with building and working regulations in easy to understand English.

All PASS FM inspections will check that emergency lighting that is installed in the required locations within your premises and test their functionality. This represents the Formal Inspection & Test that fully complies with the requirements as set out in BS5266-8:20049.
